Hi! My name is Esmeralda Verdy and I am a Birth Doula. Childbirth Educator and Body Ready Method Pro. I have had the experience of both a medicated hospital birth and and unmedicated home birth. I believe that all women and babies deserve the dignity of a joy-filled birth experience regardless of the place of birth. I am passionate about childbirth education, prenatal health and bodywork. At Doularosa, we focus on making sure you feel educated in all of your birth preferences, that your body is balanced and strengthened for labor and that you feel empowered in knowing that God created you to birth your baby!

Hi! I’m Lauren - a Certified Bradley Birth Educator and Doula, a homeschool momma of four, an Air Force spouse, and a passionate follower of Jesus! Having had four babies naturally without pain medication using the The Bradley Method®, I am a firm and enthusiastic believer in the benefits of a Husband Coached Childbirth! I earned my Birth Educator and Doula Certification from the American Associated of a Husband Coached Childbirth (AAHCC) in 2022 while living abroad in Okinawa, Japan. My husband and I have been blessed with the opportunity of teaching in-person and online Bradley Birth Classes ever since! The goal of our 12 week Bradley Method® Course is to equip couples for a natural, unmedicated, beautiful birth experience. The classes cover topics such as nutrition, exercise, relaxation techniques, behavioral & emotional signposts of labor, and much more! While preparing mom to have a healthy, low-risk pregnancy & labor, the course will train her husband to be her primary coach and greatest supporter. We hope you join us!

My name is Raquel MacDonald. I’m married to Braden and mother to our 4 boys. I’m an Arizona Native and I have a great love for my home state. I’m a birth doula and childbirth educator. I became a doula in 2018 after the birth of my second child. I worked with a local birth center for many years, providing doula support and childbirth education. I am now on my own and privileged to serve my community. My greatest ministry to serve in is as a mother to my children and wife to my husband. My second beloved ministry I am privileged to serve in is as a friend to mothers. Holding the mother as she cradles her own children.
