I love to spend time with you before your birth to get to know you, get to know your hopes for your birth, and to provide education and Christian perspectives on different aspects of birth. During your birth, I’m there to be your bond-servant. And that's my desire, to serve families as they welcome a new baby into their lives. My husband and I have been married for 35 years and we have six children. With my experience as a mother (and grandmother!) and my professional resume as a leader in a Christian school and a director of women's ministry at church, I can quickly identify needs and come alongside to serve families in a gentle and nonjudgmental manner. I am happy to answer newborn care questions, do some laundry, cook a meal, look after baby so you can rest, put fresh sheets on your bed, etc. I am available for daytime support.

I am a pediatric sleep consultant serving people all over the United States. There are many methods to sleep training, and I work hard to meet the family where they are at and find the method that is age appropriate as well as fits their parenting style. I work with babies and kids of all ages and offer different packages so that I can serve the families in the way they need. I am a postpartum doula as well, primarily offering overnights to families in the east valley.

Hi! I’m Anna Espinoza. I’m a birth doula with a holistic, Christ-centered approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I serve women choosing to birth at home, but if needs and plans change, I would also continue to serve my mothers in out of home settings. My heart for women during this time in their life is that they feel supported, honored, and cared for. This can look different for every woman, so I love getting to know my mothers and learn how I can serve them best. I have been blessed to be cared for by birth teams for my own births that made me feel all of those things; so, to be welcomed into this season and serve women in this way is humbling and an honor. I believe that in God’s intentional design of women and their babies, birth is a reflection of His miraculous power and wonder. I’m always in awe and reverence of how the Spirit of God is so near during birth. I’m a firm believer that a low-intervention, physiological birth is the foundation for a peaceful postpartum and a healthy mother-baby bond. But no matter how the birth unfolds, I’m dedicated to walking alongside my mothers through it. I will always be a sounding board for the women I serve, and emphasize true informed consent for all decision making. This begins in preconception, and carries throughout prenatal care, labor and birth, and into postpartum. I’m blessed to have a wonderful husband, who I’ve been married to since April 2020 - courtesy of a pandemic wedding in my parent’s backyard! We have three daughters, including identical twins, and a rainbow baby coming September 2026. We also have two Bernese mountain dog-poodle mixes, which makes our house a bit chaotic, but our hearts full. I love anything creative, whether it be cooking, water coloring, floral design (I was a floral designer prior to birth work), or planning a gathering for family and friends.
